My classes are open to all levels. I pay close attention to the essentials and focus strongly on proper technique, while always offering variations if you’d like to challenge yourself a bit more.
I truly believe that when you fully focus on the Pilates principles, you don’t necessarily need extra weights. That said, I do offer plenty of options if you’re looking to add more intensity or power to your practice.
Prenatal Pilates (Pregnancy Pilates)
My prenatal Pilates classes support you through pregnancy with safe, mindful movement that adapts to your changing body. I combine classical Pilates principles with the Mama Workout approach to strengthen your body, improve posture, and relieve common pregnancy-related discomforts.

Postnatal Pilates (Postpartum Pilates)
My postnatal Pilates classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth in a gentle yet effective way. By combining Pilates fundamentals with Mama Workout principles, we focus on rebuilding core strength, supporting pelvic floor recovery, and restoring stability and mobility.
These classes create a safe space to move at your own pace, regain confidence in your body, and gradually build strength - without pressure. The emphasis is on mindful movement, long-term well-being, and feeling supported during your postpartum journey.
The classes (Pilates & Prenatal Pilates) take place at Svaira Yoga Studio.

To enter the studio, please ring the bell at Svaira Yoga Studio - the door will be buzzed open for you. Walk straight through to the back courtyard. In the small building located in the courtyard, you’ll find the studio.
You can leave your shoes at the entrance of the small changing room upstairs, then head downstairs to the main changing rooms and studio space.
