Prenatal Pilates is a safe and supportive way to stay active during pregnancy.
In this class, we move through a Pilates-based workout that is specifically adapted to each stage of pregnancy. The focus is on strength, mobility, posture, breathing, and body awareness - helping you feel strong, confident, and connected to your body as it changes.
This class offers a welcoming space where you can:
Move safely and mindfully during pregnancy
Strengthen your core, back, and pelvic floor
Improve posture and reduce common pregnancy-related discomforts
Meet other expecting moms and build meaningful connections

(50 min workout + 10 min information & connection with other expecting mums)
