Postnatal Pilates supports your body gently and effectively after pregnancy. It focuses on rebuilding strength, especially in the core, pelvic floor, and back, while improving mobility and body awareness.
The practice helps you reconnect with your body in a supportive, fun and mindful environment and can be a wonderful way to restore confidence, improve posture, and reduce tension after childbirth.
Whether you’re just beginning your postnatal journey or further along in your recovery, the class is tailored to meet you where you are — with attention to safety, connection, and gradual progress.

This class is designed for moms who have completed a postnatal recovery (Rückbildung) course and are familiar with the basics.
After signing up, you will receive a short Q&A form. Please complete and return it so I can tailor the class to your individual needs.
